The telemetry transmitter is the rotating component of the telemetry system. By using advanced electronics components and special assembly technologies, datatel telemetry transmitters are particularly compact, but robust and include all the miniature precision electronics for the sensor signal conditioning and for the contactless transmission of measurement data to the stationary telemetry receiver unit.
datatel telemetry transmitters are perfectly designed for heavy duty industrial use. Our modules can cope with high operating temperatures, g-loads, vibrations, shock, oil and gas atmospheres.
Sensor lead wires are either hooked up directly to the robust solder pins or connected to the integral connector interface via Sensor Wire Boards. This well-engineered connection technology was specifically developed by datatel to enable the hookup of sensors rapidly and safely in the field – plug-and-play.
Depending on the application, the telemetry transmitters’ power supply is either inductive or battery.
A variety of standard modules are available which can be fitted, if required, directly onto the test component or, alternatively to individual installation hardware. Special customized types are available upon request.
